Here are some of my favorite links for all things running:
Track Shack: Orlando Running Shop that features the latest and greatest gear, and also sponsors local races and running groups.
Runner’s World: Running magazine I subscribe to, their website is my first stop for any running related questions, features great stories, workout routines, and race information.
Team in Training: Leukemia & Lymphoma’s fundraising program that allows participants to train for a marathon, triathalon, century ride, or hike in awesome destinations across the country all to raise money for the society. This is the program I am a part of to train for the Rock n’ Roll marathon.

My personal TNT site: www.active.com/donate/tntcfl/tokeeffe
Map My Run: Awesome web application that allows you to map out runs, track your training, search for runs and races, and download reports on your training.
Hal Higdon: Marathon legend, author of “Marathon: The Ultimate Training Guide” a book I read and reccomend, and creator of the Hal Higdon marathon training programs. Visit his site to get a detailed 18 week marathon training plan based on your level, and visit his forum to get valuable tips and advice, and even ask him a question directly.
Cooking Light: Great magazine for healthy eating ides, website is full of healthy and easy recipes that taste great and keep you on track.
